It’s a short and easy word: THINK. Think, inviting us to stop for an instant, If you are really thinking, you are taking a time to stop, a pause, and starting to listening to that little voice inside your head.
That moment is so important, especially when the next step, is that you are going to speak; remember we don’t have any buttons to delete words as we easily do when we are writing in our electronic devices.
T: is it true? , H: Is it helpful, I : is it inspiring?, N: is it necessary?, K: is it kind?
Words have an amazing power, they can build up, confuse, or harm. Our words impact people who are around us. As educators, I invited you to be responsible for your words.
Every time, when you speak, always be the one who builds up, be accountable empowering your students,
Words make us dream, change directions, trigger creativity, motivate.
Invited your students, to be as responsible as you are with your words, Invite them to think before speak, sometimes silence is a really a good answer.
Silence is the perfect place to think.
